[edit]IPA
[edit]This article needs more IPA. --82.139.47.117 19:31, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
I would add in the IPA, but when I type it in, it appears as boxes, though I can read it on other pages. Could somebody please take care of the IPA for me? --Ionius Mundus 19:47, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
I really believe this article needs to be revised quite a bit as I have found some overall errors... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.51.146.22 (talk) 22:26, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

Flag
[edit]The flag currently shown, as per the source on its file page, is that of the Rwandan Democratic Movement, which seems to be aka Republican Democratic Movement. This party seems to have been part of the RPF-led government following the war, so it's unlikely it had anything to do with the Interahamwe. The source on CRWflags seems to be confused, so I'm removing the flag for now. Bulbajer (talk) 07:18, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
- Nevermind, I found another source. I'll ask for the file page to be renamed to reflect the correct name of the party. Bulbajer (talk) 07:31, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
Interahamwe meaning: Those That Work Together - Rwandan's answer to the planned division and destruction of their society...
[edit]Wonder if there is, in truth, a more unsung reason for Rwandans choosing the word 'Interahamwe' and the meaning behind it. One wonders that Rwandans rightly precieved that a malignant outside force was indeed trying to sew destructive division amongst Rwandan society. Think about it, 'society working together' is exactly the opposite of what the divide and rule elites ever want. Seems Rwandans were very much onto divisive and destructive nature against their society. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7D:411:1600:A0DA:D1C5:F1DA:81A9 (talk) 02:13, 25 November 2016 (UTC)
